Music Performance at John Knox Village

On Saturday February 12, the Youth Group participated in their first event of the year. Several children volunteered in three different places at the John Knox Village (JKV). Located in Lee's Summit, Missouri, JKV is a continuing care retirement community offered in 16 counties in Missouri and Kansas. JKV is widely recognized as one of the finest senior living communities in the region.

Each kid played a short piece of music for a group of senior citizens. Some played the violin, cello, piano, and there were even some singers. The audience really enjoyed the performances. All the kids did a superb job! and felt very accomplished.
